The menu more accurately described as four regional cuisines corresponding to the four main regions of Thailand: Northern, Northeastern (or Isan), Central, and Southern.
The salted fish fried rice has been my favorite for years, salty and savory! Always professional and timely, I love this place.

We got the spicy basil fried rice with chicken and pad Thai. Both items were very flavorful and spicy. Quantity was good. Overall ambience is also pretty good. Loved it overall and will be back.
